H1/AIM2 inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion of renal cancer cells through enhanced the inflammasome activation. 786‐O and AOSRC‐2 cells in 35‐mm dish were treated by 4 μg H1/pAIM2 or control with or without Ac‐YVAD‐MCA (50 μmol/L).
