miR-1307-3p inhibits the chondrogenic differentiation of hADSCs. hADSCs were infected with recombinant lentivirus expressing miR-1307-3p or miR-1307-3p inhibitor or control. Following infection, chondrogenic differentiation was induced for 21 days. (A) Infection efficiency was determined by microscopic examination of the GFP-expressing cells (magnification, x10). (D) mRNA levels of chondrogenic genes (SOX9, COL2A1 and aggrecan) were analyzed by RT-qPCR analysis.
