A combination of APS and HCPT is most effective at inhibiting the migration and invasion of H1299 cells. (A) Migration and (B) invasion assays were performed following treatment with 0.1 mg/ml APS, 0.1 µM HCPT or the combined agents using a Transwell assay with and without Matrigel. Images were captured using an optical microscope at a ×40 magnification.
