4.1.	a) The basic examination consists of: taking the patientʼs history and familial history together with a clinical breast examination consisting of inspection, palpation of the breast and the lymphatic drainage areas mammography ultrasound If the findings of the clinical breast examination are suspicious, the diagnostic workup must include suitable imaging techniques and, if required, a histological examination.
