Ectopic overexpression of STAT3 rescued inhibition of SH-SY5Y cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by SPHK1 knockdown. SH-SY5Y cells with SPHK1 knockdown were transfected with 1 µg STAT3 expression vector pcDNA3.1 (+)-STAT3 (SPHK1 siRNA+ STAT3) or empty vector pcDNA3.1 (+) only (SPHK1 siRNA+ Empty).

Notes: (A) The protein expression of pcDNA3.1 (+)-STAT3 vector was confirm by Western blot. Ectopic overexpression of STAT3 rescued inhibition of SH-SY5Y cell proliferation (B), migration (C), and invasion (D) by SPHK1 knockdown. **P<0.01 vs SPHK1 siRNA or SPHK1 siRNA+ Empty group; *P>0.05 vs blank control group.
