Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 1/F-actin pathways modulate mitochondrial function. (A and B) ROS staining was used to analyze cellular oxidative stress. Ad-Mst1-mediated ROS overproduction was significantly suppressed by Y-27632. (C-E) Antioxidant factors were evaluated via ELISA.
