Knockdown of CPNE1 decelerates the cell cycle in NSCLC cells. (A and B) Flow cytometric analysis of A549 and H1299 cells. Cells were harvested and stained with propidium iodide. The percentage of cells in each cell cycle phase is presented in the inset of each panel, in which the values represent the mean ± standard deviation of three measurements.
