Binding affinity of moronecidin and dicentracin-like to bacteria (E.coli) were measured with a cell-based fluorometric ELISA. Fluorescence intensity (FI) of wells were measured in various MgCl2 concentrations (1, 5, 10 and 30 mM) on a microplate reader at excitation /emission (Ex/Em) = 490/560 nm. Fold increase scores in MIC were calculated by MIC (MgCl2) /MIC. The scores represent three independent experiments.*P≤0.05, **P≤0.02, ***P≤0.01.
