Inhibition of surface attachment (a) and biofilm formation was investigated at two-fold serial dilutions of peptides (1/2 to 1/32 MIC). The number of attached cells were measured by ELISA microplate reader and represented as mean (±SD) of three independent experiments. PBS represent well without peptide treatment (negative control)*, p-value ≤ 0.05; ** p-value ≤ 0.01; *** p-value ≤ 0.000.1; n.s, no significant; p-value≥ 0.05 was considered as no significant difference.
