Cellular cholesterol. (A) Endometrial stromal cells were incubated in control serum-free medium, or medium containing 20 μM farnesyl pyrophosphate, 20 μM geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate, or 0.5 mM methyl-β-cyclodextrin for 48 h. (B) Cells were incubated for 48 h in medium containing scramble siRNA or siRNA targeting FDPS or GGPS1, or cultured with 0.5 mM methyl-β-cyclodextrin as a positive control.
