Procollagen/LC3 structures rapidly form at COPII puncta, retain COPII coat, and remain relatively stationary. MC3T3 cells transfected with Cherry-Sec23, GFP-proα2G610C(I), and TagBFP2-LC3 (Left) were imaged by Airyscan (5 s) time-lapse microscopy (Movie S4).
