Cells were treated without or with ZSTK474 at the indicated concentrations for 0.5, 6 and 24 h. Samples were lysed and immunoblotted to detect phosphorylated AKT (S473), total AKT, phosphorylated S6 (S235/236), total S6 and α-tubulin as described in the Materials and Methods section.
