S and N percent accuracy were subtracted from 101 and then log-transformed; therefore, higher values represent worse accuracy, and positive coefficients correspond to predictors of worse accuracy. Physical activity was coded such that 1 = never, 2 = less than once per week, 3 = one or two times per week, 4 = three to four times per week, and 5= five or more times per week. For binary predictors, β was standardized with regard to the outcome variable only. For continuous predictors, β was standardized with regard to both the predictor and outcome. Fit indices for the unadjusted model were: AIC = 6254.6, BIC = 6500.5; and for the adjusted model: AIC = 3192.3, BIC = 3326.4.
