High expression of MTHFD1 associates with the progression of lung cancer. (A) The mRNA expression of MTHFD1 in lung tumor and adjacent normal tissues was analyzed by qRT-PCR assay. (B) The protein expression of MTHFD1 in lung tumor and adjacent normal tissues was assessed by western blot. (C) The correlation between MTHFD1 expression and the survival percent of the patients was quantified using GraphPad prism 7. (D) The mRNA levels of MTHFD1 in BEAS-2B, A549, NCI-H1299, NCI-H1650, and NCI-H460 cells were tested by qRT-PCR assay. (E) The protein level of MTHFD1 in cells was evaluated by western blot.
