Lymphocyte cells were incubated with IC₅₀ concentrations of NGOs for 24 hours and the induction of apoptosis in the absence (A) and presence of NGOs (B) was determined by flow cytometry. The quantitative analysis was plotted to show the population of VC, EA, LA, and NC cells (C).
