Data from 277 MDR-MTBC isolates from Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan, stratified to the particularly successful variant termed Central Asian outbreak (CAO) and other Beijing isolates. Pairwise differences between the two groups calculated with Fisher exact test; two-tailed P-values are reported.
