Detection of protein and genes levels of hepatotoxicity associated in liver. (a) Western blot was performed to detect the protein expression levels of NLRP3, NF-κB, Caspase-1, GSDMD and IL-1β in liver, and β-actin was serviced as conrtol. Blots was exposured 1–3 mins and cropped to show the relevant parts only and full images are provided in Supplementary Fig. S1.
