Probe to detect active MALT1. Panel a. Structure of the MALT1 probe (PKG105). Panel b. RAW 264.7 cell lysates were incubated with PKG105 at various concentrations. As a control, lysates were pretreated with mepazine, followed by incubation with probe. Lysates that were not treated with mepazine were also used. SDS-PAGE was performed at 165 V. Fluorescence was scanned using the 700 nm channel (LI-COR). Gels are representative of at least two replicates.
