(A) Pre-formed biofilms of P. aeruginosa (PA01) were treated with selected Colistin combinations. Only two combinations, Auranofin/Colistin (1.56 μM/6.24 μg/mL) and Clomiphene Citrate/Colistin (6.25 μM/3.12 μg/mL), showed activity against biofilms. (B) Pre-formed biofilms of P. aeruginosa 1244 were treated with Auranofin/Colistin (1.56 μM/6.24 μg/mL) and Clomiphene Citrate/Colistin (6.25 μM/3.12 μg/mL).
