The expression levels of miR-216b were lower and the expression levels of KRAS were higher in pancreatic tissues and cell samples. A, B – qRT-PCR indicated that the expression levels of miR-216b were significantly lower in pancreatic cancer tissues and cells than in adjacent tissues and normal pancreatic cells HPDE6-C7. **P < 0.01, compared with adjacent tissues and HPDE6-C7 cells.
