High expression of miR-216b and low expression of KRAS was beneficial for the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients. A, B – qRT-PCR and western blot results showed that the expression levels of KRAS mRNA and protein in pancreatic cancer cell lines (BxPC-3, Panc-1, and CFPAC-1) were remarkably higher than those of normal pancreatic cell line HPDE6-C7. **P < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, compared with HPDE6-C7 cells. C, D – Kaplan-Meier survival analysis confirmed that the high expression of miR-216b and low expression of KRAS were related to the better prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients (log-rank test, all p < 0.05)
