Total ion chromatograms and mass spectra of products generated by CYP505D6 from naphthalene as a substrate. The TMS derivation reaction products from a reaction with naphthalene as a substrate were analyzed by using GC-MS. The mass spectra (1-naphthol [A] and 1,3-dihydroxynaphthol [B]) were obtained from the GC peaks appearing at retention times of 27.14 min and 35.26 min. The results are representative, and the experiment was performed three times.
