Expression of core fucosylated glycans (E) detected by lectin histochemistry utilizing AAL that preferentially binds to α1,6-linked core fucose residues attached by FUT8 enzyme, and complex fucosylation containing glycan sialyl Lewis x (F) detected by immunohistochemistry.
