IL-1R1 abundance predicts response to CTX in patients. Expression analysis of IL-1 receptor in 67 CRC patients treated with CTX. Responsive patients (OR) as well as stable disease (SD) display low amounts of IL-1R1 compared to the non-responsive patients (PD).
