CO is expressed as corrected least-square means ± SD, representative for a nulliparous woman aged 30 years with BMI 23 kg/m2. CI is expressed as CO/body surface area, and corrected values representative for a nulliparous woman aged 30 years. Numbers of assessments per group per trimester are presented in Fig 1.
