Twitching and swarming motility in Xoo strains. (A) After a 3-day incubation on a peptone sucrose agar (PSA) plate, twitching motility from the colonies was oberved by light microscopy. White bars represent 100 μm. (B) Swarming motility was observed by a light microscope and analyzed by measuring the diameter of colonies after 7 days incubation on semi-solid XOM2 media.
