(C) Bregma analysis of DCX+ cells through two-way ANOVA (Bregma × Treatment) revealed a main effect of Bregma (F_11,99 = 9.038; **** p < 0.0001), but not Treatment (F_1,9 = 1.773; p > 0.05) and a significant interaction (F_11,99 = 2.178; p < 0.05). Post-hoc (Sidak’s multiple comparison) revealed fewer DCX+ cells at bregma −3.43 (a p < 0.05). Error bars ± SEM.
