Zeb2 knockdown in primary cardiac myofibroblasts. First-passage (P1) rat cardiac myofibroblasts were subjected to 24 h of serum deprivation prior to treatment with 100 nM of either scramble or FITC-tagged Zeb2-targeted siRNA in serum-free, antibiotic-free DMEM.
