Red arrows point to examples where the proteins are dispersed along chromatin in treated cells. E-H, Cells were stained with antibodies against Aurora B (in red) and INCENP (in green). In drug-treated cells the levels of all four CPC components are lower and the proteins appears to be dispersed along chromosome arms (red/yellow arrows).
