OR51E1 knockdown attenuates nonanoic acid-stimulated GLP-1 secretion in NCI-H716 cells. (a) mRNA levels of OR51E1 after transfection with OR51E1-specific siRNA (siNegative, siOR51E1) were analyzed using PCR analysis. (b) Cells were fixed 48 h after the transfection with OR51E1-specific siRNA, and immunofluorescence staining was performed.
