Secretion of (A,B) IL-10, (C,D) TNFα, and (E,F) IFNγ by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and mesenteric lymph nodes cells (MLNC) from naive piglets (cheese matrix group). Cells were stimulated ex vivo with Lipopolysaccharides (LPS), Concanavalin A (ConA) in combination with P. freudenreichii’ S-layer proteins (Slps).
