BM cells were induced to differentiate into CD11c⁺B220⁺ DCs with Flt3L for 8 days and activated with CpG oligodeoxyribonucleotides (CpG 2216) for 24 h. Then, cells were harvested and analyzed for mRNA expression of IFN-α by RT-PCR and supernatants were assayed for IFN-α by ELISA.
