Experimental design. The PD model was induced by a 6‐OHDA unilateral injection. Three weeks later, the animals were submitted to a first behavioral analysis (using the RotaRod, Staircase, and Rotameter tests) to characterize the model. After this, the animals were treated with hNPCs or their secretome, which were injected in the SNpc and striatum. Then, behavior analysis was performed 1, 4, and 7 weeks after treatments, using the RotaRod and Staircase tests. Finally, the animals were sacrificed to proceed with the histological analysis.
