This analysis statistically test whether significant differences exists between two or more groups of samples according to the distance obtained from the Bray–Curtis dissimilarity matrix. R-value denotes the degree of differences between the groups with R-values closer to 1 denoting a highly different community composition. The lower quadrant represent the R-values for each group pair and the upper quadrant represents the Bonferroni corrected P-value for each pair. ∗represents a significance at P < 0.05 and ∗∗ significance at P < 0.01.
