PRRSV infection significantly induces Chk1 expression and phosphorylation of Chk1. Lysates from mock- or PRRSV-infected MARC-145 cells were prepared at the indicated time points and were processed for western blot with specific antibodies against Chk1 and phospho-Chk1 (Ser345). MARC-145 cells treated with 50 ng/mL Noco. for 16 h served as a positive control (left).
