The YgiM(TA) is associated with PPCs containing Pex14p upon blockade of PMP transit to peroxisomes. (a) WT (CDD1200) (b) pex3∆ (CDD1201) or (c) pex19∆ (CDD1202) isolates expressing mCherry-YgiM(TA) from plasmid b274 and Pex14p-sfGFP from the native PEX14 locus were examined by fluorescence microscopy of live cells.
