Summary.Data presented in this work are summarized in a time line depicting alternative splicing at 18 and 72 hrs post LPS treatment and the potential influences on it. The exon splicing patterns are figuratively meant to show increasing complexity with time. We hypothesize that SnapC and snRNA decreases may be linked to the RIDD activity induced by ER stress although this is speculative at this point.
