A 46-year-old female with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage IBI adenocarcinoma of the cervix. (a, b) Axial and sagittal T2 weighted images show an irregular, intermediate signal intensity cervical mass with intact cervical stromal ring, indicating that the tumor is confined to the cervix. (c–e) Conventional DWI at b = 0 s mm2, b = 1000 s mm2, and corresponding ADC map with placement of ROI. The ADC value of the lesion is 1.359 × 10−3 mm2 s−1. (f–h) Reduced FOV DWI at b = 0 s mm2, b = 800 s mm2, and corresponding ADC map with placement of ROI. The ADC value of the lesion is 1.279 × 10−3 mm2 s1.
