The fluoroscopic needle insertion view shows a small nodular opacity, which corresponded to the target location provided by the virtual guidance software (metallic indicator tip; b). The intraprocedural axial CBCT image taken after insertion of the needle shows that the nodule was correctly targeted (c). The pathological diagnosis of the nodule was a metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma.
