Experiments were conducted at 5 nM DHS and 15 μM TbeIF5A. Substrate concentrations were: (1) NAD+ KM, NAD+ (1.3–1,000 μM) and [14C] spermidine (78 μM); (2) spermidine KM, NAD+ (1 mM) and [14C]spermidine (0.12–78 μM). Error represents the SE of the fit for triplicate data.
