Comparisons of the proportions of γδ T cell subsets and the ex-vivo expansions of Vδ2+ T cells in response to pamidronate between haploHSCT recipients and healthy donors. The proportions and absolute numbers of γδ T cells (A,C) and Vδ2+ T cells (B,D) among the total CD3+ cells were detected by flow cytometry in recipients 180 days after haploHSCT (n = 35) or in healthy donors (n = 20).
