Mobile phase composition: a ACN; b ACN:50 mM formate buffer, pH 3 = 86:14, v/v. In a typical thermal (60 °C) or photo-induced polymerization (24 h), the pre-polymerization mixture also includes 15 mg of AIBN as free radical initiator.
