TiO2 NPs treatment inhibited cell proliferation and decreased metabolic activity. H9c2 cells were treated with different TiO2 NPs concentrations (5, 10, 20, 40 μg/cm2) for 48 h. Cell proliferation was evaluated by crystal violet staining and viability by MTT reduction.
