Effects of AJE and aucubin on apoptosis rate of human corneal epithelial cell under desiccation. The cell was pre-incubated with various concentrations of AJE and aucubin for 24 h and then exposed to air to induce desiccation stress. After that, the cells were fixed and performed TUNEL staining.
