Compound 2 inhibited TGF-β1-induced myofibroblast differentiation in alveolar epithelial A549 cells. A549 cells were treated with TGF-β1 (2 ng/mL) and isolate compounds (40 µg/mL) for 48h. The protein expression of α-SMA and N-cadherin was analyzed by western blot. All the assays were performed in triplicate, and the data are shown as the mean value ± S.D. Values that are significantly different from the control are indicated by ^### p < 0.001, and values that are significantly different from the TGF-β1-treated group are indicated by ** p < 0.01, and *** p < 0.001.
