“The cancer cells were incubated with 0.02, 0.2, 2, 20 μg/ml concentrations of PTX. The cell viability was studied by MTT assay and values were compared with control (without treatment). The values were obtained by mean ± standard deviation (n = 3) independent experiments in the triplicate manner.
