Each of these wild strains contains ancestral alleles of glb-5 and npr-1. ***p<0.001 by ANOVA with Tukey’s Honest Significant Difference test. (b) Competition experiments between 11 wild strains and barcoded N2glb-5, npr-1 animals. Despite the similarity of bordering behavior, these wild strains displayed a range of relative fitness.
