A and B, C-Myb and BCL-2 were overexpressed in cultured ASMCs by respective lentivirus vectors, determined by Western blot. C to E, MiR-140-3p mediated anti-proliferation effect on ASMCs was significantly reversed by overexpression of C-Myb but not BCL-2, determined by CCK-8 and Edu assays. F and G, Overexpressing either C-Myb or BCL-2 could partially attenuate the miR-140-3p induced cell apoptosis in ASMCs mediated, determined by Annexin-V/PI dual staining flow cytometry.
