(a) Whole plant images of wild type (WT) ‘Dressup Neo’ and fluorescent transgenic (Tg) plants expressing eYGFPuv (3′-2B and 3′-4B) taken under UV light excitation. To compare fluorescence intensity among Tg flowers, photographs were taken under the same conditions (described in Supplementary Table S2). (b) Petals and leaves of WT and Tg plants were harvested and placed parallel to each other. Each image was taken under UV excitation as described above. A representative of two independent experiments using different pots is shown.
