BlTLR expression in HEK293 cells. (A) HEK293 cells transfected with an empty vector (pIRES2-EGFP) and a vector expressing BlTLR were analyzed at 24, 48 and 72 h post-transfection by flow cytometry. Non-transfected cells (NC) were used as a control. Transfection efficiency was evaluated as the percentage of GFP positive cells. (B) Non-transfected cells, cells transfected with the empty vector and the vector expressing BlTLR with HA tag were analyzed at 24, 48 and 72 h post-transfection by western blot.
